Adam Hackenbroch (MNAE MARLA BA hons)
Director
Adam established Grove Residential back in 2008 and has spent the last 15+ years building Grove to the strong and successful Estate Agency it is through his hard work and determination. Adam came into the industry in 2001 and had previously qualified and worked as a Graphic Designer. Adam's passion is valuing and selling properties. He is married to Tanya and they have 4 children.
Tanya Hackenbroch
Director
Having worked in other estate agents over the years, Tanya came back to the industry in 2016 having had time out to raise their children. Tanya brings to Grove a wealth of experience having also worked in the charity sector for years and educational sector too. She and Adam live and breathe Edgware as they live locally.
Mason Cohen (MNAE MARLA)
Senior Letting & Sales Consultant
Mason Cohen is known for his hardworking, conscientious approach and has extensive experience in both residential sales and lettings. With a passion for architecture and a background in construction, particularly joinery, he offers clients a unique, hands-on understanding of property. A dedicated coffee lover, Mason brings focus, energy, and genuine enthusiasm to his role every day.
Joanne Moss
Letting & Management Consultant
Joanne joined Grove Residential in 2016 having worked for many years for a local financial advisor and previous to that had worked for over 20 years as a lettings manageress in North London. She is a major asset to the company and liaises and assists with clients and applicants in easing their transactions. Joanne is a mother of 6 and outside of Grove spends what's left of her time relaxing ! She is also local - living in the Edgware area.
Yeshaya Rinkoff
Junior Letting & Sales Consultant
The newest addition to Grove Residential, we were pleased to welcome Yeshaya in 2025. Hard-working and willing to get involved, Yeshaya supports the team with conducting viewings, and assists with the day-to-day operations of the sales and lettings process. Outside of work, Yeshaya lives locally in Edgware. He is one of six siblings, enjoys football and spending time with family and friends.
Benjamin Goldman (BSc Hons, CeMAP, CeRER)
Independent Mortgage & Protection Broker
Ben is an established independent Mortgage & Protection Broker who believes great advice should feel simple and stress-free. He takes the time to understand his client's objectives, search the market for the best options, and guides them every step of the way - from first chat to final completion and beyond. Outside work, Ben is a fellow Edgwarian, who enjoys spending time with his family. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE. Wojciech Grabczak
Maintenance Manager
Wojciech joined the team at Grove Residential in 2021 with a wealth of experience. Having worked for years around the world in the construction industry, he is fully versed in property refurbishment and property repairs. Always with a smile on his face, he enhances our team and ensures our managed properties are free of leaks and issues!

Bella is our resident meet-and-greet specialist. She sets the tone the moment you walk in, calm, friendly, and impossible not to smile at. Bella's job is simple: make everyone feel welcome while supervising the team with quiet authority. If she trots over to say hello, consider it your first warm welcome to the agency.
